We know it’s not that convenient for teams participating in our event, but the 2018 Victorian State Election will be held on Saturday 24 November. That means every Victorian aged 18 and over must vote. They have three options: vote early, by post or on the day. Here’s what you need to know:
OPTION 1: Vote Early
You can vote before election day at an early voting centre between Monday 12 and Friday 23 November.
Go to vec.vic.gov.au/Voting to find your nearest early voting centre and hours of operation.
OPTION 2: Apply for a postal vote.
Apply online atvec.vic.gov.au/Voting
You must apply by 6.00 pm Wednesday 21 November.
OPTION 3: Vote on election day
Find the voting centre closest to you at the Energy Breakthrough.
Voting centres are open from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm on election day.
