Hot off the press (well, the internet) is the latest list of who has entered the 2015 RACV Energy Breakthrough so far PLUS our first ever Indonesian entry.
The Speed Award
Creek Street Christian College knocked off another 10 seconds this year – completing their entry by 10 seconds past 8am!
Wow – That’s fast!
This year we clocked an impressive 265 entries in the first five minutes.
Travellers
We salute those schools that are set to travel interstate to join us in Maryborough this November:
- James Sheehan College, Orange, NSW
- Marist Sisters College, Woolwich, NSW
- Invermay PS, Launceston, TAS
- Unity College, Murray Bridge, SA
Plus a huge welcome to our first ever Indonesian entry who will be flying under the wing of Chris Brooks and the great team at Cobden Technical School. (We followed the progress of Cobden throughout last year in a series of posts. Read on)
Waiting Lists
As always, we’ve tried to squeeze as many people as practical into the event and off the Waiting Lists.
Sadly, if you are currently on the waiting list we will keep you informed of your status and your options.
Behind the scenes
Behind the scenes, there were plenty of people involved in making entries day happen, including Alisha Chadwick & Martin Mark (Central Goldfields Shire Council), Lachlan Hickey (Social Media and Live Chat), Tim Ninnes (trim.com.au), James Harper (Maxsum Solutions) and of course our ever-patient and sometimes frantic Team Managers.
Glad to see MEC still has an EEV entry after Doug Marr retired.
Please keep the Black Magic name alive – 20 years of tradition has to count for something……
